Our Story

The trusted name in minute-taking for over 30+ years

HM Davies Secretarial Services t/a HMSS is a small business offering minute-taking services to a number of corporate companies and clients. Born in the 1990s, it has grown from a one-woman business into an efficient closed corporation in 2006 therafter to a (PTY) LTD in the year 2026, and today boasts a team of over 15 professional and highly skilled minute-takers.

All our minute-takers are highly experienced, having worked in the business world for a minimum of 15 years. We minute Board, Audit, RemCo and ExCo meetings, as well as AGMs, operational meetings, disciplinary hearings and workshops.

We relieve clients of the time-consuming and onerous task of drafting minutes of all meetings. Our service is professional — we aim to please.
